Return Policy

Young Chang and Weber offers a 7 Day Return Policy that starts on the day you receive your merchandise. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to our warehouse.

For damaged shipments, defective merchandise, or merchandise that does not meet your needs please review our full Return Policy.

Merchandise with major damage should not be accepted upon delivery.  

If merchandise arrives with minor cosmetic damage, please notify the delivery team at the time of delivery. After signing for and accepting your merchandise you are responsible for all damage claims that were not brought to the attention of the delivery team.

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise if it is damaged. Email info@youngchangandweber.com and we will arrange to have the damage repaired in your home at no cost to you.  

In the event of a return, you must contact customer service at info@youngchangandweber.com. We will arrange to have the merchandise picked up – please note, given the nature of our product, it may take several weeks to arrange pick up.  

All returns are subject to a 25% percent restocking fee. Delivery and pick-up charges to and from our warehouse will be deducted from the refund amount. A return fee estimate will be provided before the product is picked up.  

Refunds will be issued after the merchandise reaches our warehouse and is inspected. From the time the merchandise reaches our warehouse, it may take up to 15 days for a refund to be processed.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted unless it is in brand-new condition with all packaging and product literature. Returns will not be accepted if the initial complimentary tuning has been performed or the product warranty has been registered online.

We cannot accept returns for customized items including those with accessories, for example a silent system, installed. If merchandise returned is discovered to be damaged, or not in the state it was delivered in, we will deduct any costs of repair or replacement of the product from the refund amount.

Young Chang and Weber reserves the right to refuse returns. 

Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your order at any time before shipping. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placing an order will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after that time will be subject to a $250 administrative fee. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders canceled after shipment are subject to the return policy above even where delivery is not completed.
