Shipping Policy

Standard Parcel Delivery:
Standard parcel delivery is available to your delivery address via UPS, USPS or another parcel delivery service for most accessories like piano benches and silent system kits.
Standard shipping and processing charges of $95.00 are applied for each delivery address on an order.
Parcel delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories: $115 to each delivery address on an order.
Parcel delivery items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 5-10 business days of receiving your order.
Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 United States. White Glove Delivery in Southern California and within 100 miles of New York City is available for $295, including delivery to your home by appointment, unpacking, and full assembly. Additional charges may apply in other geographic areas

With White Glove Delivery the piano will be delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice — and are then unpacked and fully assembled. All packaging and packing materials will be removed by the delivery team. Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 5 business days with an estimated date for delivery. Most deliveries will occur within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) of placing your order. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or Military Addresses may take additional time and, in some cases, may not be possible.

White Glove Delivery is by appointment in most major metropolitan areas. Service to outlying areas may be restricted based on geographic location. A service representative will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment timeframe (typically a 4-hour window).

Your new piano purchase is eligible for an old piano removal via our white glove delivery service for an additional charge. Pickup must be requested when you schedule your new order delivery.
